Our father-daughter team includes Siobhan O’Connell and Gerry Cosby.
Siobhan began her real estate career in 2007 after graduating from Stonehill College with a history degree. She went on to teach middle school history in Waltham.
Siobhan works with a wide range of clients, spanning from first-time homebuyers to empty nesters relocating to Cape Cod. She particularly enjoys working with first-time buyers and young families deciding where best to put down roots. Siobhan’s high level of expertise in the
MetroWest marketplace makes her a much sought-after realtor because of the boutique level of service she offers and her sincere passion for making clients’ housing dreams a reality.
As a former teacher, she is keenly aware of each community's school system and the significant role this plays for growing families.
A member of the Board of Directors at Opportunities for Inclusion, Siobhan lives in Needham with her husband and two young boys.
Gerry Cosby’s extensive experience as a real estate broker began in 1984. He has spent most of his professional career in golf management, real estate management and development on the South Shore.
