Natick

Natick is one of the fastest-growing towns in the MetroWest region with an estimated population of 36,000. Founded in 1651, Natick is a great place to live for families, couples and young professionals. Its school system is one of the best in Massachusetts.

Located just 18 miles west of Boston, Natick offers a diverse range of properties to choose from: apartments, condos, brand new townhomes, ranch, split-level, Tudor, historic homes and grand luxury estates.

Natick is easily accessible to Boston by commuter rail or the Massachusetts Turnpike. It’s also close to Interstate 495, and Routes 128 and 9. Natick is bordered by Wellesley, Weston, Wayland, Sherborn Dover and Framingham.

For a suburban town, there is much to see and do. The Natick Mall is one of the largest in the MetroWest area. Downtown Natick has charming restaurants and coffee shops. South Natick offers tranquility at South Natick Dam Park, Lookout Farm and great hiking trails at Mass Audubon’s Wildlife Sanctuary.
